The Undergraduate Council (UGC) is responsible for course designations and maintaining the schedule of classes across departments.
All UGC meetings will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
All proposals must be received via Curriculog submission by Wednesday at 1 p.m. the week before the meeting is set to occur.

Seeking approval for a new course for Spring 2027?
Spring 2027 courses must be approved by our October 8th, 2026 meeting so they can be presented and approved at the Faculty Senate meeting on October 13th, 2026.
Seeking inclusion in the 2027-28 course catalog?
2027-28 course catalog inclusions must be approved by our February 25th, 2027 meeting so they can be presented and approved at the Faculty Senate meeting on March 9th, 2027.
